ABOUT US
Kaizen is the Japanese philosophy of continuous change. A FIRST Robotics Competition team from Jayshree Periwal International School in Jaipur, India, we are Team 10428, a collaboration of students who want to drive change in their surroundings and within themselves for the better.

Our journey began in 2024 with a vision shared by a set of determined students who, having experienced the thrill of FIRST through FLL and FTC, wanted to take on the ultimate challenge, FRC, setting out to make the competition a reality in their school.

They gathered like-minded peers, gained support from school authorities, and engaged mentors who believed in their vision. Conversations turned into action, and actions turned into Kaizen. With 25 young minds from Grades 9 and 11, we made our competitive debut as participants and contenders ready to leave a legacy. Whether it be building robots or building a future for the youth of India, for Team Kaizen, it’s all the same.

Our vision is to empower Rajasthan by driving innovation in robotics and artificial intelligence, creating opportunities and inspiring a future of technological excellence in our community.

FUNDRAISING & SPONSORSHIPS
The funds raised through this initiative will directly support the setup of robotics labs for underprivileged students. These labs will be equipped with essential tools and components, creating a space where students can engage with technology through hands-on learning, guided exploration, and collaborative projects. Our aim is to provide access to resources that would otherwise be out of reach, helping bridge the gap in STEM education.

In addition to setting up the labs, the funds will also be used to conduct workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs that introduce students to the basics of robotics and coding. These activities are designed to build foundational skills, spark interest in STEM fields, and create opportunities for continued learning.

So far, we have successfully set up two labs allowing over 500 students to have access to structured robotics education and trained over 1800 students. With your support, we hope to expand this initiative and bring meaningful learning experiences to many more communities.
CURRENT FUNDING
We have raised $7000 through our gracious sponsors thus far, investing them into setting up 2 fully fledged robotics labs.
